Vichy Drops Law Requiring Registration of Jewish Possessions

The Vichy Government dropped quietly the law requiring Jews to register in detail their family possessions. The registration should have been completed by July 15th, but persons who applied last week to register were told that registration is no longer necessary, it was reported here today.
