A bill to revoke the state charter of the American Nazi party will be taken up at the State Assembly this week. The bill was reported out by a 14 to 3 vote of the General Laws Committee of the Virginia State House of Delegates last Friday.

George Rockwell, leader of the American Nazi party, appearing at a hearing before the legislative committee here last week, said that his organization had adopted the Nazi title to gain publicity. He claimed that his group was made up of conservatives fighting communism.
