Vladimir Putin stood firm on Russia’s planned sale of anti-aircraft missiles to Syria. Speaking to Israel’s Channel One television Wednesday, the Russian president said there was no change to the plan to sell shoulder-launched Strela missiles to Syrian President Bashar Assad, despite Israeli objections.
