“voice of America” Broadcasts Passover Prayer to East Europe

A Passover prayer, recited by Rabbi David N. Panitz in Washington, was recorded for broadcast by the Voice of America to areas behind the Iron Curtain. Rabbi Panitz expressed the hope that the world’s oppressed people might “hold the conviction that iron curtains shall be broken and replaced by a tapestry of brotherliness and cooperation.”
