W.j.c. Criticizes Austrian Restitution Policy

A resolution calling on the Allied Powers to use their good offices with the Austrian Government to secure settlement of Jewish claims was adopted here by the plenary session of the executive of the World Jewish Congress. The resolution called on the Austrian Parliament not to modify restitution laws to the detriment of claimants of heirless property and warned world opinion of growing anti-Semitism and the dangers of neo-Nazism in Austria.
