W. J. Schroeder of Cincinnati was elected president of the National Conference of Jewish Social Service in its final session here.
The vice-presidents chosen were Emil Leipziger, New Orleans, La; Gertrude Dubinsky, Philadelphia; and Sidney Hollander of Baltimore, Md.
Ferdinand S. Bach was elected treasurer and Eamuel A. Goldsmith of New York, secretary.
The conference closed its session here last night and the National Conference of Social Work began its sessions with a meeting attended by 5,000.
