The Israel Defense Force has been conducting war games in the Judean Desert. Echoes of the “battle” which started yesterday and is expected to conclude today could be heard in Jerusalem. Defense Minister Shimon Peres and Gen. Mordechai Gur, Chief of Staff, today watched part of the exercise which included a combined infantry and armor attack with air force support.
