Edward M.M. Warburg, chairman of the Joint Distribution Committee, and Dr. Joseph S. Schwartz, J.D.C. European director, arrived from Europe today on an American Airlines plane, following a study of Jewish relief needs in Europe, during which they conferred with leading officials in France, Germany, Austria and Poland. They will report their observation to the U.J.A. conference.
