Emigrants from Russia and the Ukraine, arriving in Poland being in danger of immediate internment, the Jewish Ukrainian Committee of Warsaw has asked these emigrants to avoid Polish territory in transit. Lithuania and Latvia are suggested as more suitable for transmigration.
