The writer reports that at a recent meeting of German peasants in Schleswig-Holstein, one of a series where sabotage in the payment of taxes is being advocated, the chairman, Hamkens, exclaimed: “If we were in possession of weapons, we would drive the Jewish traitors out of the country.” The audience responded to the chairman’s appeal by shouts: “The peasant will rise, with God’s grace, against the reign of the Jews.”
The article asks the German authorities if they wish to wait until the fire is too large to be extinguished.
