Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the World Zionist Organization and the Jewish Agency, is scheduled to leave for the United States on March 8, it was learned today. He will fly to Lisbon, from where he is expected to take the Clipper to New York on March 8.
Dr. Weizmann will bring to New York important news resulting from his prolonged negotiations with the British Government regarding various problems concerning Jewish interests in Palestine, including the proposed formation of a Jewish army.
