A six-man delegation of the Trade Union Federation of West Germany and West Berlin will fly to Israel Thursday for a two-week visit at the invitation of Histadrut, the Israel Federation of Labor. Will Richter, national chairman of the federation, which has six million members, will head the delegation Another member will be Ludwig Rosenberg, a member of the federation’s executive committee.
