The international president of B’nai B’rith called today on Western leaders to intensify their protests against Iraq’s “unconscionable defiance of civilized conduct” in continuing its secret spy trials and executions.

Dr. William A. Wexler, of Savannah, Ga., in a statement on today’s executions, said that any relaxation in efforts to half further “closed door trials and executions” would encourage Iraq to proceed with its “brutal terror tactics.” He said the West must utilize all available channels.
