White Russia to Grant Stipend to Yiddish Poets

State stipends for Yiddish poets in White Russia were voted by the White Russian Commissariat of Education.

The Commissariatt allotted fifty roubles monthly for each of five Yiddish poets, Witenson, Teif, Olevsky, Lifschitz and Akselrod.
