The Alliance Israelite Universelle, of Paris, has decided to erect a school building on a plot given by the Palestine Jewish Colonization Association.
The school was originally intended to be built at a later date, but the recent floods in Tiberias and the resultant need for school accommodation decided the society to go ahead with the building at once.
