Dr. Stephen S. Wise, president of the American Jewish Congress, has been named a member of the board of directors of the United States Committee to Care for European Children, it was made known today.
Mrs. Wise, president of the Women’s Division of the American Jewish Congress, has been an active member of the body since its inception. It is expected that hundreds of homes will be offered to the Committee by the Women’s Division.
