With the victory of former King Simeon’s party in Bulgarian elections, a Jew may become that nation’s foreign minister. Solomon Passy, 44, is chief foreign policy adviser to Simeon. For the past decade, Passy has been a key activist pushing for Bulgaria’s membership in NATO.
