The World Council of Churches announced that it would hold a consultation in Cyprus next month to work out a new plan to aid Palestinian Arab refugees. The announcement was made at a meeting of the Council’s central committee in Canterbury. The consultation will involve 90 experts. The Council of Churches has spent $2 million so far aiding refugees of the 1967 war.
