Yad Vashem has launched the largest Internet database of Holocaust victims in the world. The Israeli Holocaust museum on Monday unveiled the database which, when completed in June 2004, will include biographical data on victims including name, birth date, place of birth and occupation, The Associated Press said.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
