A permit to publish a bi-monthly newspaper in Yiddish has been granted by the government to Dr. N. Rafalkes, Yiddish writer and proponent of that language in Palestine, a report in the Hebrew daily Haaretz reveals.
The publication will be called Die Neie Velt and will be edited by Dr. Rafalkes.
