More than 3,000 youngsters have joined youth clubs at Reform Temples this year, it was reported today at the concluding session of the two-day annual meeting of the board of directors of the National Federation of Temple Youth, teenage arm of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations.
This brings the membership in the Federation’s youth clubs to 18,000. The meeting elected Robert M. Seltzer, 19, of St. Louis, as president of the Federation. Seltzer is a student of sociology at Washington University.
