The archives of a number of pre-war Yugoslavian Jewish organizations seized by the Nazis and later found by the Russians have been returned to the Yugoslav authorities, the Federation of Yugoslav Jewish Communities has learned.

The Federation has approached the Yugoslav Government with a request that documents important to the community be turned over to it, or that it be allowed to obtain copies of them.
