Zaka, the volunteer Israeli emergency response society, launched a new underwater unit. Two dozen amateur divers turned out Wednesday for their first practice outing on behalf of Zaka, which won hard-gained fame in recent years for its cleanup work at the sites of terrorist attacks and traffic accidents.
