Mrs. Zena Harman, of Israel, chairman of the executive board of the United Nations Childrens Fund, the agency which was awarded this year’s Nobel Peace Prize, will be among a delegation of UNICEF officials who will go to Oslo to accept the coveted award on December 10, it was learned here today. Mrs. Harman, the wife of Israel’s Ambassador to the United States, Avraham Harman, today delivered the UNICEF annual report to the agency’s board here.
