A plenary session of the Zionist Actions Committee, policy-making body of the world Zionist movement between World Congresses, will be held in November, the praesidium of the Actions Committee decided today. The place of the meeting has not yet been chosen.
The praesidium also voted to hold a meeting of Actions Committee members residing in Israel some time next month. It approved a new constitution for the Jewish National Fund, which will be registered as an Israeli corporation.
