Preparations were tentatively made today at a joint meeting of the Zionist Executive and the Vaad Leumi, the Jewish National Council, for the construction of a mausoleum in memory of Theodor Herzl, recognized as the greatest Zionist of modern times and father of political Zionism. A special fund will be obtained for this purpose.
