A meeting and tri-denminational services were held today in Munich to commemorate the second anniversary of the liberation of the Dachau ##ncentration camp. The meeting was attended by more than 1,500 Germans, former in##ates of the camp, and addressed by Dr. Philip Auerbach, the Bavarian Commissioner ##or political and religious persecutees, who charged that the pledges made to the former camp inmates had not been fulfilled either by the Allies or by the German authorities.
