A report on the cooperative efforts of the Jewish Agency, the Joint Distribution Committee and the War Refugee Board in the work of rescuing Jews from the Balkan countries was given here today at the session of the Zionist Actions Committee by Eliezer Kaplan, member of the Jewish Agency Executive.
Mr. Kaplan reviewed the activities of the representatives of these three organizations in Turkey and spoke of the coordinated rescue work done by these representatives for the last several months. David Ben-Gurion reported to the session on the political aspects of the rescue work. The session was hold in camera.
