In deference to the wishes of the Shekel Committees of various countries, the Zionist Executive postponed the final date by which the Shekel collections must be concluded and the remittances forwarded to the Central Office from June 25th to July 8th The number of delegates to the Congress that each federation or separate union may elect will be determined by the number of Shekolim accounted for by the latter date.
The Central Election Boards were asked to proceed with the preparations for the elections, which are to be held in accordance with the regulations already communicated, in time to enable the results to reach the Central Office not later than August 15th.
