The Zionist Federation of Mexico has announced the opening of a special campaign for the support of rescue operations of North African Jews and their transfer to Israel. Plans for the drive call for raising $50,000 by raising $100 from each of 500 contributors. Announcement of the new fund drive was made following a report to the Federation by its president, Leon Dultzin, who recently returned from Israel where he participated in the deliberations of the Zionist Actions Committee in Jerusalem.
