Imagine parking your car in a perfectly, blessedly legal spot in the middle of traffic-clogged Tel Aviv and coming back to find not just a ticket on your windshield, but the markings of a handicap spot all around it—when you’re 100% sure you did not, and would not, park in such a spot. Hila Ben Baruch recently experienced this Kafka-esque absurdity, and thanks to a nearby security camera, caught the two city workers who committed this illegal—but we must say, quite creative—hoax. Following the release of this video, the city has dropped the fee. And, we hope, the workers.
