Sarah Bard, Jewish outreach director for Clinton campaign, moving to Israel

Her aliyah, to be with her Israeli fiance, had been planned before the presidential election campaign.

The holiday celebrating immigration to the Jewish state and the contributions of immigrants to its society was established by the Knesset in June.

The new progamming includes workshops on the health care and tax systems, as well as higher education counseling and finding employment.
