Palestinian woman killed during attempt to stab police officers

The alleged assailant was identified as a 51-year-old mother of three from eastern Jerusalem.

One suspected assailant reportedly stabbed policemen in Jerusalem while another shot by soldiers he allegedly tried to run over.

Police believe the assailants, who carried a rifle, knives and an explosive device, were planning a larger attack.
