Tel-aviv to Have Municipal Bank

The first Jewish municipality in the world, Tel-Aviv, will soon have its own municipal mortgage bank. Capital of the bank, which according to an announcement is to open at an early date, is £20,000. The municipality is participating to the extent of £5,000.
