Roumanian Lodge B’nai Brith Sends Aid to Jews in Germany

150,000 Roumanian lei were sent during the month of May by the Roumanian lodge of the B’nai Brith to poverty-stricken Jews in Germany, according to a report received at the General Office of the order here.

Permission is now being asked by the same lodge from the Roumanian Government to bring into Roumania a hundred starving Jewish children from Germany, in addition to the 200 brought over from Tochernopitz.
