The Department of Agriculture of the Argentine Government has decided to hold the fourth agricultural exhibition for the province of Entre Rios in Basavilboso on October 1 to 15/ The exhibition has been placed under the patronage of the co-operative union of the colonists of the Jewish Colonisation Assoc. (ICA).
A representative of the Ica, Mr/ Kaplan, has been appointed to preside over the organization committee which includes a number of Ica colonists and several members appointed by the Director of the Dept. of Agriculture, who will open the exhibition. The exhibition will be held in the Ica co-operative “Agricola Israelita”. There will be four sections: cereals, vegetables and fruits: cattle and horses; ploughs, tractors and agricultural machinery; home manufactures, textiles, etc. The holding of the exhibition in an Ica settlement and the choice of a representative of the Ica to preside over the committee indicate the regard in which the Ica is held by the Government/
