Further election returns show that the following Jews were elected as Congressmen: Julius Kahn, Republican, California; T. Bachrach, Republican, New Jersey; Meyer Jacobstein, Democrat, New York. To the New York State Senate: P. M. Kleinfeld, Democrat; Nathan Straus, Jr., Democrat; H. N. Shackmer, Democrat, L. R. Lipovitch, Republican; Benjamin Entin, Democrat, were elected. To the New York State Assembly: Julius S. Berg, Democrat; A. L. Fastenburg, Republican; H. A. Sandburg, Democrat; all of the Bronx were elected. The following were also elected to the Assembly: A. B. Borkowsky, Republican, Erie County; Julins E. Frieberg, Republican, Erie County; Josepb Reich, Democrat, Kings County; Irving Steingut, Democrat, Kings County; Simon M. Adler, Republican; S. Maudelbaum from the 4th District; M. Wein##eld. Democrat, 6th District; H. A. Cohan, Democrat, 8th District; S. J. Rosenman, Democrat; A. A. Raphael, Democrat 11th District, Morris Block, Democrat, 16th District; Meyer Alerman, Democrat, 17th District; and A. Greenhall, Republican, 19th District.
