A protest against the attitude of the Permanent Mandates Commission of the League of Nations with regard to Jewish immigration into Palestine was adopted today by the conference of representatives of the Jewish settlements and communities in session in Tel Aviv for the purpose of creating better facilities for the arriving immigrants.

The conference also adopted a resolution demanding immediate abolition of all restrictions on Jewish immigration into Palestine. An organization for extending aid to the immigrants is being created, according to a decision of the conference. A Central Bureau, with local committees in the various towns and colonies will be established. Another resolution adopted by the conference urges the Zionist Organization to assign a fund for the purpose of building cheap houses to accommodate the new arrivals.
