A bill aiming at the confiscation of the property of East European Jews and other foreigners in Germany was introduced yesterday by the parliamentary representation of the anti-Semitic party of the Voelkische.

The bill, which is sponsored by fifteen deputies, bears the signature of General Ludendorff and Dr. Best, president of the Prussian Supreme Court.

The bill, which was conceived as a counter action for the confiscation of the property of the Hohenzollerns, is entitled; "Bill concerning the confiscation of the property of bank and stock exchange magnates and other parasites on the people." It demands the "confiscation of the entire property of the bank and exchange magnates of the Eastern Jews who settled in the country since August 1, 1924 and of all other foreigners, as well as those who increased their property due to the war, revolution, inflation and deflation of the currency." The bill asks for the confiscation of these properties "for the welfare of society," without reimbursement.
