The building of the National Library which is a part of the Hebrew University on Mount Scopus will be started shortly, it was announced.
The National Library building has been planned by Professor Geddes, the architect of the Hebrew University, to accommodate half a million books. It will be so constructed as to make possible the expansion eventually for the accommodation of one million books, it is stated.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
