Jews Are Affected by Polish Textile Strike

Several thousand Jewsih workmen in the Polish textile industry were affected by the general strike proclaimed in Bialystok, one of the Polish textile centers.

The strike was called following the refusal of the workingmen to accept an increase of eight per cent in their wages.
