Many Jewish pasersby were seriously injured in the anti-Semitic student riots which continued here Friday night.
A new attack on the office of the Polish Jewish newspaper “Chwila,” was made by the Polish students. Attacks were also made on a number of synagogues in the city, where the windows were smashed. The police intervened, arresting many of the rioters.
