The German League of Human Rights has circulated a memorandum among the members of the Reichstag dealing with the political trials which have taken place during the past eight years. In this memorandum the League declares that in a number of cases the Law Courts have adopted a definitely anti-Semitic attitude.

Among the cases dealt with are those of Dr. Haas in Magdeburg, Dr. Loeb in Thuringia and Dr. Fechenbach in Munich.
