One hundred and two Jewish immigrants entered the country during September, according to figures made public by J. L. Weinberger, director of the B’nai Brith Bureau here. Two immigrants returned to Europe and six proceeded to the United States with proper visas.
Loans were made by the B’nai Brith Agency during the month of August, amounting to $5.025.27. The amount spent for relief work was $696.15. During the month of September, 447 visits were made to the B’nai Brith clinic by 159 patients.
