New Book on Palestine Boundaries Published

The “True Boundaries of the Holy Land,” a volume giving early Biblical authorities on the geographical outlines and maps of Palestine at various stages in history, as well as the comparative recent borders down to the period of the British Mandate, has been published.

The volume was compiled by Mrs. Benjamin Davis of Chicago from the papers and material left by her father, the late Samuel Hillel Isaacs.

December 18th the first day of Chanukah, has been designated Maccabean Day by the Jewish National Fund of America, according to an announcement made by Dr. Joseph Krimsky, National President of the organization.
