Baroness De Rothschild Gives Napoleonic Document to Frankfurt Jews

Baroness Edmond de Rothschild has presented to the Jewish Community of Frankfurt the original document containing an ode composed by the Jews of Frankfurt in honor of Napoleon I. The ode is prefaced by the following title: Frankfurt, 24th July, 1807. Ode addressed to His Majesty Napoleon the Great, Emperor of France, and King of Italy, by the Jewish Community of Frankfurt on his passing through the town after his new triumph.”
