The amount of 250,000 roubles for the victims who suffered in the fire in Kutais, Caucasia, was allotted by the Central Executive of the People’s Comissars.
The victims are principally Jews, their losses having been over 7,000,000 roubles. About 5,000 Jews are homeless as a result of the fire.
