Leo Smolenskin, a brother of the late Hebrew author and leader in the Haskalah movement Peretz Smolenskin, died here today at the age of 92.

Leo Smolenskin was co-editor with his brother of the “Ha’ Schachar,” the Hebrew magazine published in Vienna, which played a dominant role in the enlightenment movement of East European Jewry in the latter half of the nineteenth century.
