Jewish labor will be employed in the construction of roads which are being undertaken by the Department of Public Works.
The Director of Public Works confirmed to the representatives of the Zionist Executive that the road north of Petach Tikvah, the Mescha-Afula Road and the Hadar Ha’Carmel Road will be constructed by Jewish labor.
