The growing inclination among certain Arab elements to direct responsibility for the recent outbreak to Moslem leaders, has aroused the indignation of the Palestine Arab press. Arab papers today severely criticized all Arab individuals and bodies who dared to hint at who, among the Moslem leaders, were responsible for the outbreaks.

The Hebrew daily, Ha’Aretz, in an editorial today urges the government to take measures toward stopping intimidation and incitement propaganda. “If the government will not direct all efforts toward eradicating intimidation and incitement agitation, power will soon pass to the instigators,” the paper declared.
